Art

Wherever possible, art lessons are linked to the curriculum topic for each year group. The children are given the opportunity to experience a range of different medium, looking at the work of different artists as inspiration for their work.

This year, Miss Watson will be teaching art and DT across the school. She has many exciting topics planned to build on both the experience and the skills progression for all pupils. The addition of the new art room will be an engaging and exciting place to learn.

We are working closely with Bow Arts in order to develop both the subject knowledge of staff and the range of opportunities for the children. We certainly have very talented members of our school community.
